Ingredients

  • 2 medium mangoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 guavas, peeled and cubed
  • 2 apples, cored and cubed
  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds (optional)
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon chaat masala
  • Pinch of black salt
  • Fresh mint leaves, chopped (for garnish)

Direction

  • Assemble this zesty salad in simple steps:
  • Step 1: Wash all fruits thoroughly. Peel and cube mangoes, guavas, apples, and pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Segment oranges carefully.
  • Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk lime juice, honey, chaat masala, and black salt until smooth. Taste and adjust.
  • Step 3: In a large bowl, gently combine all fruits and pomegranate seeds.
  • Step 4: Pour dressing over fruits and toss lightly to coat evenly without crushing.
  • Step 5: Sprinkle chopped mint on top.
