Cheesy Crunchy Chicken Dippers
These golden, cheesy chicken strips are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfect for dipping fun!

- 500g chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cooking oil spray (or 2 tbsp olive oil)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; one with the beaten eggs; and one with the panko mixed with grated cheddar.
- Coat each chicken strip in the seasoned flour, dip in the egg, then press firmly into the cheesy panko mixture.
- Place on the baking sheet. Lightly spray with oil.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and the chicken is cooked through (internal temp 75°C/165°F).
- Serve hot with your favorite dip—ranch, BBQ, or sweet chili!
